Because all digital products are delivered instantly, they’re considered non-refundable once purchased.

Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email with a download link. This link is unique to you and should not be shared or redistributed.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your file (for example, the download link doesn’t work or the file appears corrupted), please contact me at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase so I can make sure you receive what you paid for.
This policy is in line with Australian consumer law: refunds are not required for a change of mind, but I’ll always ensure you receive the product you’ve purchased.
