Voucher Terms and Conditions
These voucher terms and conditions apply to all gift vouchers issued by Bec Matheson Photography. By using or redeeming a voucher, you agree to the following:
1. Contract and Payment
- All vouchers are subject to a signed contract and fully paid invoice before a booking is confirmed.
- If you have been gifted a dollar value towards a session, you must pay the remaining balance when booking your session. Alternatively, you may request to use the voucher value towards print products.
2. Booking and Rescheduling
- Session times are arranged by mutual agreement.
- Bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled in the case of illness or unsuitable weather, at the photographer’s discretion.
3. Location
- Photography sessions included in a voucher must take place within one hour of postcode 3138.
- Locations outside this area may incur an additional travel fee.
4. Voucher Use
- Vouchers are valid only for the specific shoot type stated on the voucher.
- Vouchers cannot be transferred to another shoot type (e.g. a family session voucher cannot be used for business headshots) unless approved by the photographer. Photographer discretion is final.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Validity
- Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue, in accordance with Australian law.
- The session must be booked and scheduled within this period.
6. Additional Purchases
- Recipients may purchase further prints or products in addition to what is included in the voucher. Standard rates apply.
7. Changes to These Terms
Bec Matheson Photography reserves the right to update or change these voucher terms and conditions at any time.
