This wedding at Ferny Creek Reserve in Sassafras was a cosy one. The rain absolutely dumped down making a change to their original picnic plans but Mt Dandenong graced us with some incredible atmospheric fog. I called on a local contact to hide out for photos in some greenhouses and the wonderful crew at Proserpina Bakehouse also took us in and kept us warm with an afternoon coffee. Meg wore super cute yellow gumboots and the day was full of well considered simplicity, vegan food and many other commendable ethical choices.
